Why is my signatured not in the new outlook?
When I use the new Outlook my signature is not copied. How can I resolve that?
Hi Ali, thanks for reaching out.
Could you clarify the origin of the signature creation? It appears that signatures generated in the legacy version of Outlook are not being replicated in the new Outlook emails.
In the legacy Outlook, have you attempted to deactivate the roaming functionalities within the Outlook options? [Refer to attached image]
Should the issue persist, consult the following documentation regarding new cloud-based signatures: “Outlook Roaming Signatures” It is possible that your previous signatures are categorized under “Signatures on this device” associated with your email account. The documentation provides an explanation for their migration and outlines subsequent procedures.
For disabling cloud-based signatures due to complications, the policy detailed in the documentation can be implemented:
Registry Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup Parameter Name: DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle (DWORD) Parameter Value: 1
This registry modification will temporarily disable the roaming signature feature. Ensure to follow the proper administrative protocols when making changes to the registry.
