The ‘new’ Teams client is a blurry mess
Whenever I try the ‘new’ Teams, it restarts and the user interface is a complete mess, blurry, flickers on mouse over, clears up then blurs out again, is unreadable and unusable. I’ve noticed the three ‘new’ apps (Teams, Outlook Monarch client, and the Micrsoft 365 app) all have this problem, they are completely blurry. Whatever these new apps are being designed in has a problem. The ‘old’ versions work fine and are clear and sharp.
I have an Nvidia 2080 card, current drivers (it does seem like something video related) running at 1440. Researching this it looks like the solution used to be turn off video acceleration, but all the new apps have no options for this (in fact, they have a lot less options overall for everything).
Does anyone know any kind of fix for this?

You need to reinstall the Nvidia drivers in ‘clean’ mode, it needs to completely remove the existing drivers and settings and reinstall (I just installed the driver, no other ‘Experience’ utilities). There’s a checkbox for clean install during the installation process you must use or it stays blurry.
After wipe and reinstall of the drivers and restart, the apps are readable. Not sure I will install the rest of the utilities since something in this seems to cause the issue.
