Outlook shared mailbox showing all Inbox mails
The group folder in:
- Outlook (Classic) shows group mail + all Inbox mails
- Outlook (New) shows group mails only
- Microsoft 365 – OWA shows group mails only
Question: I prefer using the group folder in Outlook (Classic) to display only group emails. While OWA and Outlook (New) show this correctly, I can’t seem to find the right setting in Outlook (Classic). Can you assist me with this?

The issue was resolved by creating a new Outlook profile and downloading the entire mailbox.
