New Planner App won’t load in Teams
The Planner app in Teams has been updated but it simply does not work. When I click on a plan, I get a message saying “Almost ready!” and that it, it never loads.

Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. A weak connection can cause apps to load slowly or not at all.
Restart Teams: Close Microsoft Teams completely and then relaunch it. This can sometimes clear up temporary glitches.
Sign out and sign back in: Try signing out of your Microsoft Teams account and then signing back in. This can refresh your connection and fix any permission issues.
Clear Teams cache: If the above steps don’t work, you can try clearing the Teams cache. This will remove any temporary files that may be causing problems. The specific steps to clear the cache will vary depending on your operating system, but you can usually find instructions by searching online.
Check for Teams updates: Make sure you are running the latest version of Microsoft Teams. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues. You can check for updates by going to the Settings menu in Teams.
Reinstall Teams: If none of the above steps work, you can try reinstalling Microsoft Teams. This will erase all of your data, so be sure to back up anything important before you do this.
