Viva insights delayed send – I use this function all the time (the pop-up on top that allows you to schedule sending a note). However, the pop-up does not always appear when I need it, and the option to schedule send is not available in Viva Insights. Is it possible to accomplish this manually using VIVA (rather than using the Outlook delay send option, which requires Outlook to be turned on for the item to be sent)?

I am happy to assist you today.I asked the product team if this feature is available, and they said, “we dont support manual schedule send unfortunately. Users can try the schedule send in Outlook Web app which doesn’t require to keep Outlook app on. hope that help!”
