Exclude folder underneath Documents by policy
Hello my dear friends,
I like to know if there is a way (intune, SCCM oder ADMX template) to exclude a subfolder of syncronized folder (Known folder move) named “Documents“. The reason is, that there is a software deployed automatically to the computers and this software stores a lot of files with a lot of changes over the day to this folder underneath Documents and OneDrive is starting to hang oder starting to throw sync errors because of that. Now we need to exclude this folder for sync.

I have spent the last month researching for a way to do this. I can’t find a proper way of excluding a subfolder other than pausing sync, unticking the folder in the “choose folders” button, re-enabling the sync and re-creating the folder, so it produces a sync issue and it works locally.
